Help! Short term fuel trim?

Hey guys I ran ids on my truck yesterday and the short term fuel trim looked like this. Everything else checked out fine. The truck has 15% nozzles in it.

Looks like how my dually is all over the place truck only has spartan tunes exhaust CAI CAC tube though.

I'm kind if at a loss. Makes me want to do a compression check. Motor only has 4k miles on it tho and runs very strong. No excessive blow by no thumping from intake. Does haze a little at idle but wondering if it has to do with the tuning and 15% injectors
