HELP SMELLING COOLANT/WHITE SMOKE

I just pulled the intake out. Have to do oil cooler anyways. Oil cooler is out now time to put upgraded parts in.

While it's out, clean it..

I am. Just grabbed carb cleaner. Any special way to clean the intake? Also getting new gaskets while I'm at it.
