Help with H&S Mini Maxx

Hey guys, recently got my 6.7 from a member on here and love every second of it. My question to you is what do you normally run the tuner at, recently I have been running it on mild believe its the first setting. Would love input from anyone on here, its also got 4 inch mbrp exhaust and dpf delete and intake.
