Reuse the OEM clamp.
You should have two metal tubes from NL.
#1 clamp: Secure the air filter to #1 tube.
#2 clamp secure the NL boot to #1 tube
#3 clamp secure the #1 tube and NL boot to #2 tube.
Then the smaller NL boot will connect the whole thing to the turbo. You should have one more clamp plus the OEM clamp.
It's just one tube and one boot. Likely the wrong clamp was inadvertently put in the box. A quick call to Mike would fix the issue by its easier to bitch on the Internet.
Thats what I am doing. How ****ty is it you pay $350 for a intake and it doesnt even come with the right clamps??? WTF?!?!?
