Hids clear lenses?

Does anyone else have problems with clear lenses+hids being to bunched like a spot light? They are cheap ebay hids but i had a set in my old truck and they worked great so i want to see if its just the aftermarket lens.

You are seeing the biggest problem in putting hids into a lense designed around a halogen bulb.

I plan on eventually installing projectors into my headlights, but for the time being I'm just gonna run halogens cause the lenses put the light where its supposed to be. As big as the lenses are in yalls obs style headlights, you could retrofit projectors in easy too,

I get that hids work better with projectors but i don't get why there's so much difference between this setup and my old both were cheap eBay hids in lamps made for halogens

They look like completely different lenses. Thats gonna be the difference.

No my problem was they were pointed to low i moved them up a bit and only had one car flash there brights so far so i think there good
