Does anyone know if temperature would affect IPR open or closed hot or cold

i back up his question. my 7.3 always started longer when hot but faster when cold.
no one couldnt tell me why. and i gave up and throwing parts at it.

the truck starts fine runs until hot then dies. No restart until cold replaced IPR o rings Fuel injector o rings same result. HPOP gauge reads 2500 psi at 1750 rpm, truck gets hot ICP falls to 1000 then 500 then 350 and thats all she wrote. In 09 HPOP was replaced with Adrenaline and new IPR from ford .Im fed up with this #*(^%$ truck.
