Along time ago, Swamps Fme's, Fuel7 and propain on a stock turbo. Don't remember boost #'s.

Head bolts/gaskets never let go.

But cracking the three center mains out of the block did........

Yeah but in his case stock turbo backpressure is gonna cause issues.. compared to an aftermarket turbo that creates much less.. stock turbos are okay for what they are but they dont like over 30psi.

How is 10 psi of extra back pressure going to effect 2000 psi (guessing a number) of cylinder pressure? Lol

Some will never learn Luke. If its on the internet, it must be true.:wtf::doh:

So... You are saying that whatever comes out of Luke's mouth must be true? Because he said it and its on the internet...

Back on topic now. Thanks.

I've got 250/100's and a 38R and I see around 40 psi everyday. I drive the **** out of my truck, and knocking on wood... No problems yet. But I am planning on doing studs very soon.

With my first set of twin turbos, back in '04 I hit over 50 psi several times with stock head bolts on my way to BTS for a trans.

Talk about puckering up 1000 miles from home!
