How many miles has it taken to clear up white smoke from injector install?

One foot on the brake, the other on the throttle. Build to 10 lbs. boost. Slide left foor to the left (off the brake pedal), mash right foot to the floor. Hang on and don't forget to drive.

Just ran the **** out of it on the interstate.. Many wot pulls from 60-90 and that may have cleared some of it up. One weird thing I'm seeing is it doesn't smoke in my tow tune but if I switch it to the daily tune it starts the white smoke.. It isn't as bad atleast. What in the tune would make it white smoke?

Wrong tune...written for a different pcm strategy perhaps? I had a tune that would kill my truck in reverse and it'd wanna stall. It was for an e99 is why. Accident during download in my case.

Possibly.. I will have them look over the tunes to make sure..

You sure that's not a whisper tune? Both my 7.3's white smoked alot in gearheads whisper tune

It could be.. Tuner lists it as the daily. I will go check it out

I'm thinking there is a issue with tunes..

High idle-works fine no white smoke
Whisper -doesn't do anything and white smokes
Daily -doesn't fell much different than whisper and white smokes
Tow -seems to work the best.. Feels like my old 100 tune and no
White smoke.
Hot- kicks ass.. No white smoke
Econ seems ok.. No white snoke

prolly just needs a lil more idle timing in them if your other 2 tunes are ok.

I got dyno proven double checking the tunes make sure they are correct.. Overall I think the white smoke is settling down after putting 140mi on it and driving it hard today.

You mean you don't drive in your hot tune all the time? Mine stays on all out unless it's on high idle lol.
