Pretty sure those are termys, but from joey they come with a single ipr, you can see in the pic where Franks added a dual ipr set-up to them

What advantages do you get from a dual IPR over a single IPR?

I'll let someone more knowledgeable then me answer that for you, I've been doing a lot of reading on the twin pumps the last few days, an this always came up (dual vs single ipr).

I'm not sure they qualify as "added" yet, they are just laying on top of the pumps in that pic. At the time I took the pic I was mocking up the mounting for the IPR block and the fuel distribution block. There is going to be some serious spaghetti there.

Homesteader, I've made a couple other posts here on the dual IPR if you simply search my profile and threads. Still getting coffee this morning, it's too early. LOL
