Starter relay?

If it was a fuel or oil hydrolock i highly doubt it'd still be running if its been happening for a couple years. I'm gonna guess theres just something electrical freaking out when its raining/humid and not powering the starter.

I will ask him to check all these things tomorrow. Assuming it's not actually hydro locking, what else could cause symptoms like this? Something is clearly stopping the motor from turning over..

Especially if an aftermarket cps has been installed. And Andy is right, wiper motor can cause strange issues, as well as a corroded multifunction switch, as someone on here discovered

I was always under the impression that a hyrdolocked motor will not turn over. Could be things have changed in the last while though. So I would also agree it might not be hyrdrolocked.
