instead of useing 50 gallon drums
that take up alot of room(im limited)
and haveing to weld in bungs for drain valves, ext

what about 12 inch ABS
the cap is rounded
the pressure would be well increased the further down you go
and it would take up alot less room.

the fish tank calculator says if i use 12x12x72
that would be about 44 gallons
thats close enoughf for me

justr wondering about cost(cant find it yet)
and if it will stand up to oil, atf, gas, diesel

what do you guys think ???

That's an interesting idea. I don't know if they would hold the pressure long term but I bet they would if they are not affected by oi. You could make a bunch of them and they would take up very little space. Good idea

I too have limited space and I’m planning on using beer kegs for a gravity filter setup. I have several of them so I should put them to good use. You can get them cheap if not free and they are stainless steel.
