I NEED HELP

Guys Im needing some help here, 96 psd. After truck has been sitting for a day or so truck will start / idle fine then after ~5-10 seconds will die, just like you shut it off, it will restart / idle fine for alittle bit then die again, restart and if you take the rpm's up to ~1k it will run, you can see(on the tack) and hear it want to cut off, like a miss but will keep running after ~30 seconds or so of this it will stay running w/out any issue's, rest of day will start / run fine, no codes are being thrown, changes CPS w/out any changes. Now the other day after messing with it I washed the engine bay off and it stoped doing it for a day or so, then started back up, Im at a loss could use some help Thanks

I would take a peek in the HPOP reservoir after it dies and see if that is out of oil.

And check the IPR nut
