IDEAS???????? NO CRANK,NO START!

hey guys, i need some ideas! i have a 2004 f450 that was towed to me today,it died while driving after another shop put a FICM in it last week..first thing i did was check all fuses,fusable links and relays and insured the FICM connectors were pluged in fully..all is good there..i went to scan the truck and i have no communication with the ids,check the DLC and find i have no power on the hi and low can bus's...all so i have no injector cycle when the key is cycled. i can get the truck to crank by grounding the starter relay but the truck still wont start. kinda needa a little push on what to check next..

My thought would be double check and triple check the ficm. After that your guess is as good as mine.

If the ids won't communicate look for a blown fuse
