I'm new to turning the hp out of my 6.0. When people talk about injectors what exactly do the numbers mean like 190/75?? And same goes with turbo trying to get info so I know we're I should go with my truck. I have the normal a1 studs intake 4" exhaust banjo bolts s&b intake pipe and elbow sct custom tunes I have stock injectors and stock turbo. I don't know what size I need I'm looking for good street power but I also tow 7k lbs once in awhile any insight would be great

190/75 would be 190 cc injectors with 75% over stock nozzles. As for the turbos I still don't understand them very well so I'll leave that to someone else to explain.

From what I understand a stock injector is right around 135 or 140 cc. A 155 cc is usually what is recommended if you tow a lot or heavy.

Are you wanting to stay with a vgt turbo wise? Also on the injectors what is your power goal? Are you going to do a fuel system?

Stock injectors iirc are 130-135cc, step up is 155, 175, 180, 190, 200, 205 just depends who builds them. Nozzles seens 50 75 100 150 percent pros n cons bigger nozzle more fuel depending on your turbo different setups work better certain ways.

Non vgt turbos like a 62/70 or 64/71 first numbers are compressor side, second number is turbine side sometimes youll see 3 numbers as well. Vgt is pretty simple just by going on the compressor side numbers nless you asking for the exhaust side of it to know

In the future ill do a fuel system right now I'm looking to do injectors and turbo. It's mainly a street truck that one in a while pulls a 6k lb trailer. So I'm looking for good performance but still able to tow a little and be safe

64mm vgt? Who makes that turbo powermax?

A box power Max is a 63.5 compressor...or something to that effect.

You can tow with 190s. But you'll need a good tow tune pulling fuel..

Personally I prefer non vgt...but that's preference. And I don't tow often
