Injectors changed now long crank

Changed 4 injectors on driver side, took awhile to crank but got it started, runs real good but now every time I go and crank it up it takes a good while to start?

How many miles have you put on it since the injector change?

Mine did the same back when I had my 6.0. I drove it pretty hard for the day and it worked fine the next day.
