Intercooler Help!!!

I have both a stock 99 intercooler that's all Aluminum and a 02 Intercooler that has plastic ends on it.. I am building a street/ pullin motor with a S468 and 300/200's for the time being I need to use one of these inter coolers what's your guys input and what do you think about strength.. Thanks

Use the aluminum one . Have heard guys blowing the end tanks off the plastic ones with higher boost pressures.
