Been looking at egr kits for my 6.0. Has anyone tried or have any info on IPR Gen 3 kits.

Looks like a nice piece. Seems to be a lot of info on the gen 2 and looks like people likes them. What made me interested in this is the direct filter right after the cooler. I wish it was before but looks to keep it clean under the hood.

It'd make more sense to have the filter pre oil cooler not after. Filtering don't mean much once the cooler gets plugged

Oh I know I've replaced few oil coolers between mine and my buddies 6.0. I would prefer it be in front of the cooler. But I do like how clean this looks. Not a fan of how the j tube has the hose clamps that can leak. This is machined. Didn't know if this was worth the investment or just stink to a normal style.

I don't hafta worry about the J-tube since I have a stage 3 ported intake manifold. Coolant comes out of oil cooler and goes straight to Degas tank

Well now isn't that just beautiful. I would love to go that route but this truck doesn't need a ported intake. Well for now.
