Irregular idle revving up and down VIDEO & Update!

Update:

I swapped the original ipr back in and the truck runs the way it did originally. The icp irregularity is resolved. I guess I got a bad ipr from Ford

The engine idle still goes up and down when at idle, and stopped.

Ive replaced the cps. Also replaced the icp connector.

I did not do the 5v tests mentioned above.

What controls engine idle,

Engine idle is controlled by cps, app, icp, so in turn ipr, eot, and the idm, probably map as well.
