Is P0611 w/ 58v FICM normal?

correct...the OBD/ECM will not read/display higher than 54vdc.

if the FICM has voltage...and the FICM will 'buzz' all 8 injectors...then the issue(s) are most likely not going to be related to the FICM.

It would be a soft code that won't throw a CEL. Only way to know if it has a code is to plug it in to a OBDII diagnostics tool and see.

I can't speak for other companies, but as of (~2011) we modified our 58v FICM's such that the ECM sees @ 22% less voltage on our 58v units (to minimize the hey my 58v FICM is throwing the same P0611 code as my low voltage stock FICM questions)

P0611 merely means voltage out of range...so some of our early 58v units will throw that code. Our later (and current) 58v FICM's do not.
