ISO: 6.0 FICM tuner

Looking for a tuner. Have 2 6.0s that are still getting terrible milage even with custom tunes. Really would like to get a hold of an older PHP one that doesnt vin lock but at this point beggers cant be choosers. What have you guys got laying around?
