Led fog light install

Before I start to tear into it I want to see how to get the plastic shroud off the fog light bracket because the fog light won't fit through the hole in the shroud. Do you just unscrew the little nut looking things off the back. and also adding a 40" curved in the bumper and prolly gonna cut off the took hooks but wondering if any of you put the hooks somewhere else thanks in advance

Check out the Diesel Cartel before you cut the hooks. He has some brackets that remove the hooks and create a mounting surface for a LED bar.

Yes sir! Just give me a week or so because I have a Garret that I need to decide on and a CARLI Pintop that I still need to pay for..
