If you're keeping your current wheels, you can guarantee that 37's won't fit with 2.5" up front. They probably won't fit well with 3.5" up front. The reason they fit on that gray truck with minimal rubbing is because of the wheels being 20x8 with really positive offset.

itll take a lot of trimming.. i mean i cleared 35s stock height at the same offset you are now. with trimming. im clearing 35s on double the offset you have now almost, with 2.5" and alot of trimming.. id say try it for sure, worst case is it doesnt work and you go up more. everyone said i couldnt clear either of those, but with a lot of trimming of the fender lining, little trimming on the pinch welds, i can clear fully flexed offroad

I cleared the same tires with 20x10's and -19mm offset at stock height. Even with my fender liners zip tied as far back as I could get them, I would still get rubbing while turning on uneven ground. I think a 1" spacer would have been all that was needed to clear perfectly. The 2008-10 fenders are pretty massive.

I just can't see a 22x10.5 working with 37's with only 2.5" up front. Even with zip ties or trimming.

I understand they fit they gray truck because he's on stock wheels with no negative offset.

I plan to try it, just sent out my invoices for the month...anyways this thread isn't about me, I just wanted to see other 6.4's on 37's and how much lift they have...my build thread is about me and my truck.

Carli lift with 2.5" king coilovers on 37x13.50 with the factory 20" wheels. I'll be switching soon to 20x10's to get rid of the tire rubbing on the shock bypass tube.

I decided 35's on a carli 2.5" leveling kit will work better for plowing if my 7.3 breaks down which it hasn't failed me yet even with 290,000 miles but it could happen.

37's on 20x10's with -24mm offset with only 2.5" leveling kit....myth BUSTED! Looks like they DO fit no rubbing either.

I'd like to see that truck really go offroad and start flexing the frame and axles and see if it doesn't run still.....

4.5in Rough Country lift with Carlo coils, 37x13.50 Toyo MT on 20x9 XD Boss with -12 offset. No rubbing at all, just had to tie back the fender well liner. I couldn't run the tires on stock wheels, they hit the top sway bar linkage before I was close to a full turn. I see someone above running them on stock. Make sure they don't hit that!

obviously if you do serious offroading you will need more lift. but that truck is used on a farm and driven through fields everyday, also hauls two sleds on the back for snowmobiling where it's driven offroad some too.

I would be willing to bet it rubs on anything that isn't flat pavement.....even withy some light off-roading.

no it doesn't rub at all. but the extra 1000lbs from a plow may effect it so i still plan to run 35's. but 37's will fit and won't rub without a plow on, so for a mall crawler or street truck 37's and 2.5" or 3" leveling kit DO work....
