Who makes the best level kit for my 99.5 F250 7.3?

I have a rough country level kit I haven't had any problems from it

rough country is pretty good and probably the cheapest way.
I'm not sure if BDS suspension or top gun customz carry one for your truck or not but they are worth checking into if you're not too concerned with price.

ive got the pro comp and love it...rides about as good a stock

i got a 2.5in leveler from maxx-lifts.com. Just a mini spring pack. Rides as good as stock and came with grade 8 hardware

Depending on the amount of lift you want the best riding kits will be either hanger kits or a mini spring pack..limited to 2.5"
Hangers for a level kit 2-3"
Mini spring packs can reuse stock length shocks, hangers need longer.
Both kits require a adj track bar to recenter your axle.
