Lowering rear f350 dually

I am looking to lower my 99' f350 2wd dually but would like to start with just the rear and just wondering if anyone has heard good things about Springtech lowering shackles as they have a 3" lowering shackle set that I was looking at... Also do i need to replace my rear shocks when lowering it?

Djm has the best kit imho
The disadvantage is when I did the 3/5 drop I lost the overload springs

What he said. I did an install on a chevy many years ago and removed the overload spring and used a bell tech(I think) shackle and bracket and then installed overload airbags. so he could keep his payload cap.
