Lug Nut Question

This is newbie question but what lug nuts do I need for these aftermarket rims? Something like these 14x1.5 work?

First off what year is your truck?

Ford used 14mm x 2.0 until the sometime in 2003 model year and went to 14mm x 1.5 for later years.
