Actually, it was more like he has the intake ready, but the customer still hasnt gotten it...

Same here. I paid under the impression he had them ready to ship...then after 6 months of my whining and bitchin, I finally got it...I even asked for my money back, and he could keep the core I sent him...he wouldnt do it. And yeah i was building my engine, and was waiting for it until I just put the old one back on.
