New to manual transmissions. Never driven a manual 6.0 before I purchased this truck. Just curious about it revving up between shifts. Doesn't matter weather I use the clutch or not. Between shifts it always jumps 500-1000 Rpms is this normal or do I have a problem somewhere?

Check icp sensor for oil in the electrical connector. Even if there isn't oil in the connector, i would unplug it, drive around, and see if the issue continues.

Maybe something to do with the throttle body? It's an 04 truck. I don't know if it's the same as the 05 and newer trucks.
