mini maxx reset before loading tune

had my pcm updated and needed to update my tuner again. Downloaded the tune and did a fireware update, i get to the stage right before it says load tune where it says your vin etc then it just shuts off and resets back to the main page any idea whats wrong?

i had too due to an injector replaced

update the sd card.

the SD card is up too date if i can email you a video of what is going on maybe you can understand it more

you may need to replace your SD card

if the card becomes corrupted and the head unit can't find the information it needs, it will reset like that

it can also occur if you load compressed files to the card (.zip)

I have seen one Mini Maxx and one XRT Pro head unit that had a problem where they would reset when you hit the install download button. That was what equated to an operating system error, and they had to be reflashed by the manufacturer.

But with yours resetting at the point where the unit would begin assembling files, I'm leaning towards the fact that it can't properly access the files to begin building with.

Hopefully it's just an SD car issue
