did you ever get this figured out? Im having the same problem. I even changed the fuse that runs the fog lights and corner markers and nothing. I also notice that after a day it was blowing that fuse as well.. so now im at a loss..
Nope I haven't figured it out yet. Since your blowing fuses I would say what ever is popping them is your problem. I think my problem is in the smart junction box I just haven't had the time to work on it. Do your marker lights work in the mirror?

yes they do.. only ones that don't are the blinkers..

Have the same issue here. Haven't looked into it other than it's not getting voltage but markers work.

After looking for parts at the Sunrise website I found there are 2 different flasher relays. One in the fuse block under the hood and one in the cab. I would think that the one under the hood would be for the headlights and tail lights and the one in the cab would be for the mirrors. I will try replacing them and let you guys know.

I had gone through all the fuses and relays from under the hood and on the passenger side panel and still haven't figured it out.. lol
alright fellas here it is check your wires feeding your fog lights right where it goes under the inner cooler fix those wires first thats usually where it gets pinched and then you will have fog lights now your signals on your mirrors will not work untill you take it to the stealer to have the codes for them cleared luckily i happen to be friends with a ford diesel tech and he brings his computer home sometimes but hope that helps

it sounds absoluty nuts right but the signals that go into that mirror all run through the computer in the truck and you need a ford computer to reset them everything in your truck runs though the computer from your day time running lights to your stereo

more than likely the dealer is going to charge you a diag fee (usually an hours labor)
than based off what they find, they will give you a quote.
most dealers will charge you diane even if you tell them what you need done.
before you take it there just make sure you have found the reason why this happend mine and a few others that i have seen on the forums all said it was a shorted out fog light circut that caused this as they are both on the same fuse fog lights will work after you fix the circut but the signals on the mirrors wont untill you have the module reset
