So solve the problem. Put a turbo on a new truck lol

haha 2015 dmax is what i would look at to be honest

haha! "yea my 2011 truck is so out dated" lol good one

i know its a blessing and a curse at the same time. Johnny walker blue label taste on a jim beam budget

I did a '15 turbo... Mine has 95k on it now... Still soo much happier with the truck.

I feel like if i go 15 i will be happy, but what are your limitations at that point. i feel a 363 or 400 kit would allow more potential.

I know. Dallas penn put down 550 with factory 14 and duals he's gonna be running a s400 now

Sorry I'm derailing. I just need to spend this money before I buy another gun

Lol the '15 is damn nice but it's not the 366 or 400 series... I think the 400's are gonna be sweet. Dallas had a 75 and his stocker lol

I would go the S300 route if I was you. That way if you decide to go bigger a turbo change would be cake, and you wouldn't have to change piping or anything else.

Ok so I need some opinions. I got my s467.7 on the way and I know im not going to be able to be easy on this thing after I get a little taste of horsepower. So I have been looking for a rebuildable long block that I can slowly build to my likings. I have one located for $1850, is this a good deal or not so much?

doesnt seem like a bad price but what was wrong with the motor to start with> i would be leery of a spun main bearing...

It is from a place that just sells cores to rebuilders, so there could be a number of things that could be wrong. I will be investigating the damages before I buy though.

"We really don’t know whats wrong with them when they come. We just need them to spin and that it. They are just core motors to us,As long as they spin there good for our rebuilder." This is the response I got back from them. Not sure if I should take the gamble or not.
