Need pictures of icp and ipr locations on an 03

I've been chasing a problem with our excursion. Sometimes it will idle rough when it starts for maybe 5 min, then smooths out and runs fine for a bit. Then it starts losing power and dies. I had 3 injectors replaced about a month ago and it seemed ok until yesterday when this all started again. I'm wondering if it has to do w sensors or wiring instead of injectors. I need it back up, but don't want to buy injectors if I don't have to.

Do these symptoms sound like bad injectors or ipr/icp sensor/harness?

Once it dies, it won't restart. Sometimes after a few hours it fires up again

Right before it died tonight, I connected AE and checked icp/duty/volts.
Icp at idle was 637-645
Duty was 24-26%
Voltage was below 1

When I got on the freeway cruising before it died, icp was about 1400
Duty was about 45%
Voltage was around 2ish

definitely sounds (hot no start) like a HPOil leak...could be the IPR (or injs, or about 20 other things)...but def. not the ICP sensor.
