New clutch is draging

I just had a Kenny's dual disk put in my truck and the clutch isn't fully dissengaging. To get it in first I have to turn the truck off. If I come to a stop in third it come close to stalling. Has any one else had this problem. The guy who put it in said I just needs to brake in.

On the easy side it could be the hydraulic system. otherwise I would say it needs to come out because it sounds like a clutch disk is in backwards.
