Yours isn't bad at all. 6.0s and 6.4s are a lot harder to change out. Just because there's a bunch of crap in the way.

What's the story on the idler pulley, gonna look like a moron here but does it require more extensive work than it sounds?

I have a weird vibration at highway speed when i back off the throttle, like going down a hill and just need partial throttle. Thinking I may need a new tranny soon, cause I also have a very hard 2-3 shift.
