New oil cooler

Well, I have everything apart for my oil cooler swap. Any suggestions or recommendations while its all out? Or anything that should be tackled while im in there?

I'm looking for the same info. In the current Diesel Power they did a write up on all the hpop upgrades and Im wondering how many are worth the money. I just want to do everything only once. While i got mine apart to do a oil cooler and egr delete.

make sure to replace the screen. I put new intake gaskets in when i had mine out because i didn't feel right reusing them. I also cleaned the turbo while it was out.

egr cooler delet while you hav it apart is a good idea...I ended up doing mine in stages and it cost me alot more in the long run. In the 3 years I have had my 6.0, the cab has come off 3 times...not fun
