New S366 Installed!

I just replaced my 38r with an S366 and will have it live tuned next week. I will be doing a full write-up on my truck once it is complete but want to see who can guess the final HP after tuning.


S366 with billet race wheel and cover
BTS Transmission
Hybrids 238/100
Bean's Fuel System
Adrenaline HPOP
Comp Valve Springs & ARP Head Studs


Last years run with the 38r, will be on the same dyno and same live tuner.

Lol he made 550 with a 38r his 366 is good for 670 With out a gate..... oke:

555 seems awful high for a 38r any way, but I doubt you'll get much more with the new charger unless you step up on the nozzle.

Yeah, that's pretty dang high numbers with what you had... My truck has made a best of 562 so far and that's with a 38r and 250/200s... Good luck tho sounds like you got a strong runner for sure!

366 is a good turbo but I wouldn't expect much of gain from a 38r to 366

IMO 80-100% is a good match for a 366

100% is what I would use on the 366, especially un-gated.

currently it's ungated. when i finish my build, im getting it gated and maybe changing wheels. still up in air on nozzle size. still a work truck

you should still use a wastegate on a 366/74 .91 with 80-100% nozzles :shrug: mine opens all the time
