newb tie rod install ???

OK I'm putting in new tie rods on my 97 350 4x4. I've got the old out and ready to put new in. my question is where to put the rubber bushing and metal cap? newb question i know but I'm hoping someone can tell me.

does the cap go first and then the bushing? i just couldn't tell by the old one

I agree but I have not seen a tie rod end just like that. What brand are those?

The new ones are O Reilly lifetimes. I did put the bushing then the cap. Everything seems well made except the grease boot where the two rods connect isn't really sealed by anything. It is just wedged in there. Seems like a lot of dirt and water will be able to get in....
