no A/C, heat or blower

everything worked up until this morning and now nothing works. it's a 2005 f250. any idea?

Is the problem you have no A/C and heat because the blower is not working?
First thing is to get the blower working, check for power at the blower motor.

well I shut it off and went inside for an hour and came back out and everything works. it had nothing this morning. the screen on the dash didnt even come on
