no drive gear

97 f250 7.3 e40d i have no drive gear and torque converter does not engage takes off fine in 1st the manualy shift up to 2nd fine the around 25 put it in drive goes in but does not shift into overdrive nor the t converter engsges when u put it in drive its feels and sounds like neutral only it takes sum rpms to et it to even move

drained the fluid looks good sum debris at da bottom of the pan dosent smell burnt everything seem to be in place think its electrical any suggestion
