I have an Air Dog II fuel pump and return kit on my 6.0. Routine check this morning. Twisted the drain, little bit came out. Tightened it back up and its still dripping and now i have no fuel pressure? Truck starts, gauge stays flat.

Am i missing something here? Is this common? Ive heard quite a bit of negative chat about this system. I've never had any issues with mine up until now.

pump could have lost it's prime from the leak out the bottom of the separator. it won't prime until that stops dripping. once you get that figured out (just get a new one), you need to fill the fuel filter to the very very top to make sure it primes itself again.
