Off topic but does your exhaust move around on you? I keep getting a clunking under medium-hard braking and then it clinks agAin like it shifts back into place when I'm almost stopped. Feels like it's the exhaust

It used to. I turned all of the hangers to put them in a bind, now my exhaust barely moves.

How good of condition are they in? They will be getting pulled apart and painted.
