O-ring question

Brown viton O-rings are they good/bad? I'm going to replace the turbo pedestal o-rings and i don't want them to start leaking.

Why not factory ones? For all 4 required for the turbo pedestal and turbo it was around $12.

I got all four off ebay for $4.75 and cause I'm to broke for factory parts

Yes the viton ones are good. That is what I used, if you have an industrial supply place local they cost less than $2.

I paid that at ford with 2 new exhaust donuts and all 4 orings.

IMO saving money is better at the grocery store not on your truck that you depend on to get from place to place.

I agree, I try to buy only Ford parts or high quality aftermarket when it comes to truck parts. Usually when I buy Ford, I find it cheaper online instead of going to the dealer though.
