OBS engine part out

I have a '96 engine from an OBS that had 160k on it, I pulled the engine due to a hole in a piston. I've decided to do away with the 7.3 so I will be selling what I can.
Here's a list of parts off the top of my head:
Forged rods
Crank
Cam
Injectors
Turbo
Starter
E4OD transmission
Transfer case

I'm open to offers now and I plan to add prices and pictures once I get home tonight. Let me know if you're looking for something that isn't on this list, these are just the first things I could think of.
