Odd rocker failure

Anyone else see a rocker fail like this? Broke the side off the cup for the pushrod and the pushrod popped out. Truck does happen to have Elite pushrods and RCD valve springs. I heard it happen and assumed it broke in the typical fashion.

I have seen pics like that on here before, but not in person. I believe they were saying I was I stock truck with higher mileage and were sighting fuel dilution as the cause.

Did you go with new rockers when you did springs and rods?

I offered it up to him when I did them but it wasn't in his budget. But it suddenly is now in his budget. LOL I've just never saw them break like that and was curious if anyone else has.

I had the exact same break happen on a buddy's truck about 3 days ago.
Truck had upgraded springs and pushrods as well.

Had another rocker in the same truck do the same thing today.
