Oil cooler replacement..part's needed for the job?

I would look into getting a bulletproof oil cooler. I just flushed my coolant system vc9, egr delete, studs, and oil cooler replaced 700 miles ago and now I'm showing a 21* delta between ect and eot. I wished I would have opted for the bulletproof kit.

I would check your sensors. Check them after the truck has had a cold soak to see if they are reading the same temp. If not replace them and see if that changes your deltas

They read the same on a cold soak start and the ect will get to 188-190 first then the eot will slowly rise to 215-220. I just talked to my mechanic and he wants me to change the thermostat and if that doesn't work he will warranty the oil cooler and labor.
