Ok guys springs and pushrods

I'm planning on building my truck up around 550 to 600 hp what springs and pushrods do you guys reccomend? I'll be running 250s s468 and srp1.1.

I have comp 910's and smith bros rods with 300/200's and BTS oil and an s468 I like them just fine.

no matter what spring you go with they will need to be shimmed for correct seat pressure

Yes mine are shimmed. All different sizes I measured each one individually. The tool was only $40 from summit.

will be doing this sometime this year. No idea on how to measure for shims. Any knowledge on this would be perfect.

^whs I'm new to all this always had diesels but never did much more then tunes intake and exhaust before this one I want to build this one.

If you look up the tool to do it, its pretty self explanatory. I have never done it but I saw the tool and a light bulb went on.

For springs there are plenty of options, 910s, Swamps stage 1s, Irate makes some, and the list goes on. I am looking around also and figuring out which I am going to buy.

i heard some guys talking about a spring used, requiring no shims on a thread a while back, they were being pretty tight lipped about them tho.

I shimmed mine to 1.750 installed
