overload springs

This may be a dumb question-please forgive me. How do I know if my truck has the rear over-load springs? I count a total of 7 springs with the top one being much shorter and having a much more severe arc to it. My truck is an '07 F250 Outlaw.

very top spring is way up on both ends, then you should see the pads they rest on when loaded down
