P0281 with new injector HELP!!!!!

Hey everyone, I have a 2003 F350 with the 6.0. It has 208,xxx miles and started getting a shutter/misfire when engine is cold till it reaches operating temp when it goes into o/d. Put computer on it and only code I got was p0281. Last June I replaced the oil cooler, egr cooler, egr valve, icp, ipr, and #7 injector. In December I replaced the hpop. Replaced injector 7 again under warranty a few weeks ago when I started getting the shutter. Checked fcim voltage and that is good, checked for chaffing or broken wires and can't find anything. :fustrate:

#7 could be outperforming the other injectors/cylinders. Just because it shows an inbalance doesent mean that cylinder is bad. #7 could be good and the others are lower, but the computer will see #7 as different.

So I should test other injectors then?
