Just did my every once in a while scan and came up with these codes even though the trucks been running fine.

So with the 0611 I know it's a FICM code but I replaced mine in March of 2015 with a 58v one from QuickTricks. Would the change in voltage over stock give me that code? While monitoring PIDs it's still showing 54.5 (the highest the computer will read over stock) steady.

The P0480 has to do with the clutch fan. I have the wiring spliced so I can turn it on and off via a switch on the side of my center console which is very helpful when the ambient temp starts getting high or while towing. Would the fact that it's changed to being manually controlled bring that code?

The p0480 will set and store when you use the manual switch. Im not positive but yhe ficm code could be set by over voltage.
