Trucks a 97 7.3 F350 auto 4x4. 167k

Yesterday I had 160/30 injectors installed, efuel, d66 turbo, bellowed up pipes and dwn loaded tw tunes custom to my hydra. Truck run great but if I get on it any it throws P1211 code. Im thinking hpop, but was has me stumped is if I put back on stock programming it still does it. Never did before.

If I drive real real easy it doesnt come on.

Injection control pressure. Its the measure of the high pressure oil pumps output.

After you answered that I wanted to know what icp is commanded by the tuning when it pops the code.

A good way to test this is to hook up a scan tool and watch ICP and IPR duty cycle. Normally, tuners call for 2600+ psi ICP. If you see ICP drop below comanded and IPR duty cycle go over 65%, that is why you are getting a P1211. If could be caused from a weak pump, or too much PW in the tune, or even a combination of both.

Thanks Justin, I believe its the pump. On my Cts it is showing high 50's so I bet for a split second its going over 65. I have a new pump on the way.

No problem. Report back if that fixes it, to help others out in the future.
