Parking brake too tight?

I just had my truck in at the dealer getting rear seals and parking brake done and since I got it back the truck feels like it has some extra drag. I have checked to see the the brakes feel hot after driving and they feel somewhat normal. Last night I jacked up the truck and spun each tire. I could only get a half rotation out of each spin. Is this normal for these trucks or should it be backed off a little?

lube all caliper pins.

Parking brake has nothing to do with caliper slide pins.

Pull the axles, raise the truck, back off the parking brake until there is no drag. Tighten until drag barely starts, you can tell by turning the wheel and listening. Button everything back up. Torque for the axle bolts is 95 lbs.
